Upcoming Events: Dark Ascension League Starts Feb 4th League is a Semi-new program which will encourage players to come to the store to find other people to play league matches with. It is an ever changing sealed format. League entry fee is $30 What you get: 3x Dark Ascension & 3x Innistrad booster packs, 200 count white card box for Storage, 1x pack of Ultra Pro sleeves (your choice of color) and 2x d6 Drom’s Dopey Spider-man Dice! Rules: You play 4 games a week against other league members. Every time you play some one it is a 2 out of 3 match. You get 1 point for playing and 2 more points if you win the match. You cannot play the same person more then once per week.(depends on how many players we get) There are only two ways to add more cards to your deck, the first is, every week you may purchase one booster pack of Dark Ascension. The second is that every 3 matches that you lose in a week, you are able to purchase a pack of Dark Ascension. You may take out any cards from your deck and exchange them from only packs you have purchased in these two ways. All decks will be kept at the shop. League Day: Saturday @ will be league play and the start of new weeks. The Prizes: Booster packs and/or boxes (depending on sign-ups), promos, and a raffle entry for Lunch on Drom’s! (Must participate all 4 weeks to win raffle) Booster packs and/or boxes will be split among the top 3 league members with a split of 65/25/10 February league Starts: Feb 4th – Ends: Feb 25th important!!! Two-hour parking is in effect in Downtown Davis on Saturdays! There are places to park just a few blocks away that do not have timed parking such as, the Amtrack parking lot! Sometimes special events or holidays will take precedence over weekly events so please call to verify your event is still scheduled. |
